From athlete to coach, with over a decade of experience.

Hi, I’m Melissa :) Strength and running coach, obsessed with form, fueled by snacks, and powered by finish lines. I’ve spent over a decade in the fitness industry—training athletes 1-on-1, creating programs for top fitness apps, and being featured in outlets like Runner’s World, Shape, and Women’s Health.


Since launching my first Commit program in 2019 with the simple hope of helping at least one person, it has grown into a global community and the foundation for the strength training app for runners I offer today. I've coached everyone from first-time runners to ultra-athletes, with a focus on sustainable, form-driven training, building lasting habits, and highlighting the mental health benefits of movement. My greatest passion is helping people improve their health, enjoy the process, and celebrate every win along the way.
